Rand Paul is more intelligent that many people seem to think. Even though he has no formal legal training, his analysis of Due Process and the Fifth Amendment right to life was excellent. Oh, and by the way, his discussion of the danger of the notion of a temporally and geographically unlimited "war on terror" was pretty good too.
